I ran a nice, casual 6mi with Farmer Andy and Dr. Jeff. These two make amazing running partners- excellent listeners, transparent, vulnerable, honest, intelligent dudes. I wish I had a transcript of our chat. Here is a sampling of the topics we discussed: The divinty/humanity of Jesus Christ, The best addiction for any punk rocker, weather patterns & water tables, Church history, running strides & techniques, youth basketball, feral cats, and general fellowship.
We're going to run long every Sunday morning between now and when it gets too cold again and everyone is welcome to join us!
